I don't want to make it all official, but I can't keep coming to this site without a real purpose.

Life is hard, school is hard, work is hard. This won't be a hiatus. The account will still exist, the art up now will still exist.

Since my laptop's died, since my mother's been in ill-condition, since we've moved here, everything's just been.. there. I don't know how else to explain it without having it sound emo, which isn't the point of this journal. This journal's purpose is to inform.

I have no more PhotoShop, no more motivation for personal sketches. All of my concentration is going towards school and improving my art for my portfolio. I will be going to an art school in the school year of 2010, the school year after I'm determined to complete high school.

I have to give my all towards my art and my schoolwork. Moving and general slacking has screwed up my credits and I have to be fully focused. No more dilly-dallying on dA, no more promising sketches or drawings that won't be completed. I don't draw for myself anymore.

So if you still watch this account, don't expect to see anything new. I doubt I'll even be posting anything on here anymore. My time has just come to leave dA, as I've generally become bored with it.

deviantART is what jump-started my artistic career, and for that, I give my eternal thanks. I've found something I'm truly gifted in, regardless of how many comments or favorites a piece of my art has. I thank all of the friends I've met on here, definitely including, but not limited to, ~surabi, ~j00leh, ~ElectricPhantom, *lyokolady, *Mewberries, *Obi-quiet, ~ShoyDragonrider, and ~Zoingishly.

This is where I make my exit. Maybe a few years from now, you'll recognize my name in a magazine you happen to be reading. Whether I wrote it, modeled for it, or created the art for it, you'll know it's me.

Farewell, dA. It's been a marvelous 4 years and I've learned so much. I will not forget thee.
